What we do best is saving drivers licenses. We have over 60 years combined municipal court experience, first as Prosecutors and Public Defenders, and for many years as Private Attorneys in the same courts every week. We accept only cases in the specific areas we practice in and in the courts we regularly appear in. in this way we are not expending time "learning" how to handle your case or "learning" the court. Our familiarity with the Judges, Prosecutors and Police allows us to handle your case as efficiently as possible

Jim Mahon is a 1989 graduate of Hofstra Law School and before commencing practice as a defense attorney was the Prosecutor for 4 towns in the Princeton area, In addition to practicing before courts, Jim has practiced extensively before Motor Vehicle Commission on driver's license hearings
Don Larsen is a 1982 graduate of Fordham Law School and was awarded a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court upon graduation. He teaches the annual Continuing

Mr. Mahon is a 1989 graduate of Hofstra University Law School. His initial training in Municipal Court Practice included his acting as Municipal Prosecutor in 4 towns in the Princeton area as well as an extensive practice before the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Hearing Board. He has been appearing regularly for over 25 years in Mercer, Somerset, Burlington and Middlesex County Municipal Court. He is the managing partner of our Princeton Office.
